Eligibility for Return or Replacement

You may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong product

  • Your product is incomplete or missing parts

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged items not caused by shipping

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

How to Request a Return or Replacement

    Email our customer service at sales@leollebali.id or  You can also fill out the form below with:

    • Order Number

    • Photos of the item and packaging

    • Description of the issue

  2. Approval:
    Our team will respond within 2 business days to confirm eligibility and provide next steps.

  3. Return Shipping:
    If required, we’ll share instructions for return shipping. Return costs will be covered by Leolle only if the issue is due to our error.

Replacement Timeframe

Once approved, we will:

  • Send a replacement within 3–5 business days

  • Or process store credit/refund (if applicable)
