How do I place an order on Leolle Bali?
Simply choose your favorite item, click “Add to Cart,” and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping details, select a payment method, and you’re all set!
What payment methods are available?
We support payments via Xandit, including bank transfer, e-wallets (Gopay, OVO, Dana), Credit Cards, and QRIS. Just pick what’s most convenient for you!
Can I modify my order after payment?
We totally understand if you change your mind. If your order hasn’t entered production or packaging, feel free to contact us ASAP. We’ll do our best to help.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days after payment. Each package is carefully packed to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.
If the item is on pre-order, it will be shipped after confirmation of the estimated shipping date during the purchase order process.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship across Southeast Asia and globally using trusted shipping partners.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can follow your parcel’s journey from Bali to your doorstep.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged or we’ve made a mistake, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery. Don’t worry—we’ll guide you through the process.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, the refund will be processed within 3–5 business days via your original payment method.
Can all items be returned?
Unfortunately, custom items or opened aromatherapy products cannot be returned. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out to our team first.
Are Leolle Bali products handmade?
Yes! Every item is handcrafted by local artisans in Bali with care, skill, and storytelling in every detail.
Can I order custom or personalized products?
Absolutely! We can create custom hampers, personal labels, or even special scents. Contact us to discuss options and production time.
Are all products ready stock?
Some products are ready to ship, but larger hampers or personalized items may require 3–7 days of preparation. You’ll find more info on each product page.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes, we offer two wholesale categories:
Regular Customers (starting from 1-9 pcs)
VIP Customers (starting from 10 pcs with better pricing)
How do I register as a wholesale customer?
Simply sign up through our [Wholesale Registration] page. Our team will review your application within 1–2 business days. Once approved, you can log in and access special prices.
Where can I see wholesale prices?
Once logged in, wholesale tier prices will automatically appear on each product. Clear and hassle-free!
